GREAT NEWS! I'm pleased to report the final inspections with the Department of Agriculture and Lower Allen Township went very well this morning. There were a few minor things they asked us to address before giving us an approval on the final inspection. Chances are the work is already completed, but the inspector from Lower Allen Township won't be back until Monday to confirm status before issuing the certificate of occupancy.

Tony, Mike and I have a preliminary punch list in the works that will be hammered out and discussed at our next job meeting on Tuesday.

I want to thank everyone for your help in getting us to this point. Once again, Gateway Construction and it's subcontractors have performed an excellent job in turning this project around despite the various holidays and the inevitable changes that tend to crop up in the process.

Perry, now that the Friendly's in North Haven, CT is just about completed, I would like to take the time to commend your company and Rich Burkett in particular for the way this project was run. When the project was started Trimark was given specific target dates and these dates never changed as the project progressed. This rarely happens. When Keith Michael and I visited the site one week prior to our install date we were concerned whether the site would be ready for us. Rich assured us that it would be. When we arrived on site the conditions were great. This was probably the smoothest installation in the 10+ years since I took over the Friendly's account.

I look forward to working with Gateway in the future.
